Madison is ambitious and energetic in her approach and has an insatiable drive for success. Her social nature and passion for building relationships make her a valuable collaborator and supporter of DB Services’ sales efforts. Always up for a new challenge, she brings a passion for initiating change with enthusiasm. 

Madison attended Western Governors University and received her B.A. in Education. After working in the service industry and then spending some time as a teacher, she decided to pivot and use her communication and customer service skills to transition into inside sales.

Outside of work, Maddie keeps busy doing outdoor activities like hiking and gardening. She also enjoys crafts, cooking, reading, video games, and yoga. She considers herself a lifelong learner and strives to constantly improve herself by trying new things and learning new skills.

In her role as a Licensing and Sales Support Coordinator, Madison is responsible for managing customer licensing. This includes managing renewals, maintaining records and license keys, and working with customers to ensure licensing compliance. She also contributes to sales team efforts by building relationships with customers and effectively communicating service offerings.
